Social Distancing and Covid-19 policies
The Eagle Harbor Inn has a self-check-in system that has worked very well for us for many years. We provide each guest with a custom access code and guests may let themselves in at arrival. In these COVID times, this check-in system has the added benefit of minimizing contact with employees and other guests. The same goes for our no-contact check out.
We’ve also upped our cleaning protocols to meet current standards Our enhanced cleaning procedures are designed to sanitize all guest rooms and communal spaces. All high touch surfaces in our common are sanitized frequently. As a courtesy, we ask all guests to wipe down the areas you touch in our coffee area.
One change that may affect your stay is that we’ve temporarily eliminated in-room housekeeping service during guests’ stay. Our staff will not enter your guest room unless a problem arises. We will exchange and replenish items in your quarters on an as-needed basis — while maintaining physical distancing. We ask you to let us know when you need fresh towels and amenities, and if you need us to collect garbage and recycling. Finally, we ask you to wear a mask outside of your personal room or townhome.
